This project encompassed three key components: a customer-facing brochure designed with InDesign and Photoshop, a modernized website built on WordPress, and a CRM overhaul that automated customer success and account management workflows. By aligning digital assets with a more engaging and intuitive customer journey, the project laid the groundwork for improved outreach, retention, and long-term client satisfaction.

Why? – Preparing for an Intense Customer Outreach Campaign
With an aggressive customer outreach campaign on the horizon, FoneTrac needed a stronger digital and operational foundation to support engagement efforts. The goal was to enhance brand clarity, streamline onboarding, and improve customer interactions at every touchpoint. The updated materials and systems would allow for a seamless flow from initial contact to long-term client retention, ensuring that customers not only understood FoneTrac’s value proposition but also experienced smoother, more efficient service.

How? – A Three-Month Process
The project unfolded in a structured, three-month timeline:

Month 1: Design & Strategy – Developed the FoneTrac-specific brochure, aligning visual branding and messaging for customer clarity. Concurrently, mapped out website structure and CRM automation workflows.
Month 2: Implementation – Built and launched the redesigned website using WordPress, ensuring a responsive, user-friendly interface. CRM automation rules were configured to enhance customer success and account management activities.
Month 3: Testing & Optimization – Conducted extensive testing, refined automation triggers, and optimized the website for performance, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Outcome
